When I was 8, I created a special edition of Woman's Weekly for my mum. It featured an ad for Pine O Cleen that was so clean it grew wings and flew up to the heavens.
When I was 13, I saw my by-line in print for the first time, because I diagnosed a nation of Girlfriend readers with ‘The Jealousy Bug’.
And when I was 18, I decided to make my way through what I like to call the industry of persuasive communications.
Now I'm fast approaching my thirties but I'm still reading and thinking and writing (and bookselling!)
